The Booking Process

In order to receive a rate for services we require that you schedule a

consultation. We offer a variety of consultations including showroom consultations,

virtual, and venue consultation. Meetings typically last for 1 hour and fees start at

$50.00

Showroom Consultation- Meeting will be conducted at our showroom and offices

located in Ozark, Al.

Virtual Consultation- Virtual meetings are conducted via Zoom. This is convenient

for our clients that are not local to our headquarters location.

Venue Consultation- Our designers will meet with you at the venue of your choice

to conduct the meeting. Venue consultations are ideal for the client that would like to have a visual of ideas that the designer can create for the space. 

Once the consultation is completed, a quote will be generated. We use quality efficient

software that provides photos and description of each item that will be included in your

services. This system allows for smoother and faster transaction, and all documents and

other contracts are able to be signed within this program.

Once the quote has been accepted it will automatically turn into a invoice and your

retainer is ready to be accepted.

Once you have paid the retainer fee.

You will move forward to making your

investments towards your memories. Investment take time and money, and that is

why we offer flexible payment options to make sure your memories are made

possible. Payment plans can be established in monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly increments.
