Shena Williams
Hey food fans, if you're not quite familiar with me, let's get acquainted. I am Shena Williams, a Jersey native who's culinary career sky rocketed in NYC. I am self taught as well as professionally trained in culinary arts and hospitality. My career spans over 20 years.
After honing my skills in many of the top restaurants, cruise ships, gourmet markets and lounges across the country, currently I am the Executive Chef for Sugar Grille, Luxury Catering. Offering my signature restaurant quality service to all of your luxury occasions and beyond.
